Our faculty are dedicated researchers, working in a wide variety of areas ranging from computational and medicinal chemistry to biophysics and forensic science.
They are also committed educators, and have implemented a number of innovative teaching methods, including peer led team learning (PLTL), which allows students to effectively learn from each other.
The American Society of Mass Spectrometry recently honored Ian Webb with the 2020 ASMS research award.
He received the $35,000 award for his research focusing on developing new methods to separate peptides and proteins in complex mixtures.
